The cost of shipping is €7* within Italy, with the exception of places considered difficult to reach by couriers and which fall within their list of ISLANDS AND REMOTE AREAS, for which special shipping costs are provided.

Larger orders allow us to use less packaging, less energy for shipping and consequently, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, thus generating a lower environmental impact.

PLEASE NOTE: it is advisable to have the package sent to an address where someone is always available during working hours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to indicate delivery times.
If the package is refused by the customer twice it automatically returns to us. We, therefore, recommend that you notify anyone who will eventually receive it for you. The courier will leave a notice to collect it at the relevant location if they do not find anyone.

Mediterraneafoods.it will arrange for the collection of the goods by express courier at the agreed address.
You will not have to bear any costs for the collection, it is paid by Mediterraneafoods.it
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal only for part of the purchased product; Carefully prepare the return package (in case of fragile items it is advisable to use newspaper or other protective material) and include a copy of the delivery note (or invoice, when requested) and the instructions for replacement and/or refund.
In the event that the Customer finds any external damage to the packaging or a mismatch in the number of packages, he/she shall immediately submit a written subject-to-check note on the Courier’s proof of delivery or refuse the damaged package by writing in pen the reason on the waybill that the Courier requests to sign upon receipt of the shipment.
The Customer who has accepted the package as subject to check and has subsequently found damage to the product shall report the damage within 5 days of delivery by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In addition to the reason for the complaint, the Customer shall also specify the purchase order number and tax documentation.
In the event that the Customer finds damage to the product due to transport not visible from the outside or a mismatch in the number of products received, he/she shall report the damage, in the first case within 5 days of discovery and in the second within 8 days of delivery, sending a Complaint by filling out the returns form Below.
In addition to the reason for the complaint, the Customer shall also specify the purchase order number and tax documentation. If the Customer does not act in the ways and within the terms indicated in the previous points of this article, he/she shall lose the rights to replacement or refund.
Following the Customer’s complaint, Mediterranea Foods will replace the damaged product.
In the event that, for any reason, Mediterranea Foods is unable to replace the product, it may refund the entire amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or greater value in agreement with the Customer.
