Bioleificio San Francesco® biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil was born from the dream of producing an excellent extra virgin olive oil in an enchanting place. Thanks to this dream, we started the first biodynamic olive growing pilot project in Calabria. The native cultivar olives produced at the biodynamic farm, located between the hills and the sea and pampered in the Serre national park, are harvested when ripening has just begun and pressed a few steps from the trees, at our San Francesco oil mill, cuddled in the arms of the WWF oasis, almost as if it were an integral part of nature itself. We thus obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil with a refined and delicate taste, rich in biodynamic energy and the Southern Italy’s sun, dedicated to those who believe in the ancestral poetry of the biodynamic method.
