Mediterranea Foods is located in the wonderful Calabria region (Italy), a magical and multifaceted land, where the sacred fruit of the olive tree ripens. It’s located in the heart of the Mediterranean, an enchanting place blessed by the scent of a boundless sea and the warmth of an ancestral sun. This land with its millennial history, its seas reach in ancient myths, its scents and colours, frame and enrich our productions, creating a harmonious combination of taste, territory and traditions.
Our organic vision is expressed in a transparent and sustainable system running through the entire production chain, from the fields to the finished product. Respect for others is the fundamental principle on which our work is based. Respect for nature and its inhabitants, as we believe that if we love and respect it, nature rewards us with its best fruits.
Every time I look at the luxuriant splendour of our olive groves, I smell their scent, I caress their silvery leaves, I think of my father who with his dedication to these centuries-old trees has taught me to believe that if we treat nature with love and respect, then it offers us, with equal passion, its best fruits. Perhaps this is why we have been producing extra virgin olive oil for over three generations.
